Miss k8 about her MOH top 100 experience!

This top woman has become one of the biggest hardcore stars. This was evident in the Masters of Hardcore Top 100, Miss K8 won not just once, but twice! She secured the headline position in 2016 and 2018. Miss K8 narrated her experience with great enthusiasm, check it out below!

It’s Top 100 time! Which means it’s time to also remember our previous winners. You won the MOH Top 100 in 2016 and 2018 with ‘Raiders of Rampage’ and ‘Out Of The Frame’. How did it feel to win twice?

It’s incredible to realise that so many people enjoy your music and support it so massively, taking their time to cast their votes and being so dedicated. I’m flattered by my fan’s strong support, and I’m very thankful they are always there!

Why do you think your tracks won in previous years?

The people and my colleagues instantly well-received both tracks. In addition, we have created outstanding videoclips for both tracks that are still booming and viewed by millions of people.
What does it take to make a winning hit track?
You can never know if the track is going to become a hit and a winning track. You just have to create something with passion and effort, and when it really becomes a hit you see that fantastic crowd response. That is such a priceless feeling.

Are you going to vote this year? If so, what tracks will you vote for?

If I will vote, I would choose these tracks:
“Il Futuro” by DJ Mad Dog
“What Happened” by Angerfist
“Hardcore Power” by N-Vitral
“Stallion Girl” by Detest
“Lost” by Furyan

What do you think of the overall music that was released in 2021?

I have a very specific taste and often I find it challenging to discover the tracks that I would like to include in my DJ sets, so it’s always a bit difficult and 2021 wasn’t an exception.

How do you feel that the year 2021 is ending?

This year has passed very fast, and I didn’t even realise that it was coming to an end. There were not many memorable moments in 2021 and I’m happy to turn the page and move to a new year with hopefully new opportunities. 2022 has to be great. Let’s go!

Do you have any big goals for 2022?

Yes, I’m waiting for that perfect moment to release my second solo album. But, unfortunately, I’ve put it on hold since I did not want to release this long-awaited album during the lockdown. So I hope 2022 will be that perfect year to release the beast!

Thanks to Miss K8 for taking the time for this Q&A! If you want to support Miss k8 again this year, don’t wait and vote for her tracks at mastersofhardcore.com/top100.
